• Payments: Payment terms will be outlined in your specific contract. A deposit is generally required before project commencement, with the balance due upon completion.

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. Sea Rocket reserves the right to pause project work until outstanding payments are received.

• Revisions: The number of revisions allowed will be stated in the client contract. Additional revisions may result in extra charges.

• Approvals: Final approval of deliverables must be given by the client. Once approved, any further changes will be subject to additional fees.

Sea Rocket makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the final deliverables, except those explicitly stated in the project agreement. We will deliver work that meets the agreed-upon specifications and is free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.

Sea Rocket may recommend or engage third-party services on behalf of the client (such as printers, hosting providers, or talent). While we aim to work with reliable partners, we are not responsible for the performance or actions of third parties.

Sea Rocket is committed to maintaining client confidentiality. Any information shared with us during the course of a project will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law or necessary to complete the project.
